Recently moved into a lovely cosy property managed by HD Lettings (HD3 area). The manager, Jan, is absolutely efficient, helpful and jolly as can be ! She has dealt with all my documentation and financial matters in a very prompt and methodical manner. The prices are more than fair and once you decide on a place you will have no issues signing up and moving in. I personally was signed up and moved in in under a week. I would highly recommend HD Lettings to anybody wishing to rent a property in the HD3 area. 10 out of 10 to “Jolly Jan” and the team!!! 🙂

They supported us by pre-visiting the properties, provided approximate costs for works to be done to the them as well as potential lettings income that could be generated as a result.
