We currently have 2 investment properties in Huddersfield which we found with the help of HD Lettings. They supported us by pre-visiting the properties, provided approximate costs for works to be done to the them as well as potential lettings income that could be generated as a result. In addition, they arranged for the remedial works to be done as soon as contracts were exchanged, therefore minimising the time that the property was empty. They now provide a full support service for us including advertising for, interviewing, referencing and recommending tenants, as well as dealing with any queries that may arise on our behalf including organising maintenance such as gas checks etc and any other repairs.
